Peace of mind does not have to come at a premium! 

A monthly retainer will ensure your home receives the attention it requires:

• Once a month check-in 

  • Basic clean (floors, counters,dusting)

  • Maintenance inspection 

  • Lawn cut 

  • liaise with your security company should there be an issue

Below is the list of the services I provide (over and above the retainer), should you require any of them, contact me and I will send you a quote.​

How does it work? 
Simple, all I require is a set of keys/codes and the monthly retainer. I will provide feedback after every check-in and are available should a need arise.

What areas are in service? 

I service the areas between Sedgefield and KleinBrak.

Should your home fall out of this area, certain services can be arranged.

I am happy to manage AirBnB properties.

I have partnered with Curtains and Linens George  and will ,therefore, able to take care of your interior needs. I shall talk you through the process, it's easy. Simply choose the fabrics, design etc. from the comfort of your home and I will get the rest done: curtains, block-out curtains, towels, linens, cushions, rugs, mats, american-style shutters - the list is endless!
