Is there a time frame for booking services?

Yes! the sooner the better to avoid disappiontment.
Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products / materials or equiptment?

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
Should I contact Curtains and Linens?

There is no need - all business can be done through me.
If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?

Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
Can I contact The Custodian on Whatsapp?

Yes, ofcourse. I respond to whatsapp's and emails. I will typically resond with in 24 hours.
What are the service areas?

I service the areas between Sedgefield and KleinBrak. Should your holiday home be outside of this area (eg. Knysna and Plett) I can arrange certain services for you - with pleasure.
Do you manage AirBnB properties?

Yes I do but only in certain areas = Wilderness, George, Vic Bay and Glentana. If you have long term rentals (i.e. a week plus) I will happily manage the areas from Knynsa through to Mossel Bay.

Cancellation Policy

Retainer should be cancelled two months prior to cancellation date.

There will be a cancellation charge on services, this fee is job specific.
