The Ins And Outs of How I Do Business

Is there a time frame for booking services?Yes! the sooner the better to avoid disappiontment.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products / materials or equiptment?No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

Should I contact Curtains and Linens?There is no need - all business can be done through me.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Can I contact The Custodian on Whatsapp?Yes, ofcourse. I respond to whatsapp's and emails. I will typically resond with in 24 hours.

What are the service areas?I service the areas between Sedgefield and KleinBrak. Should your holiday home be outside of this area (eg. Knysna and Plett) I can arrange certain services for you - with pleasure.

Do you manage AirBnB properties?Yes I do but only in certain areas = Wilderness, George, Vic Bay and Glentana. If you have long term rentals (i.e. a week plus) I will happily manage the areas from Knynsa through to Mossel Bay.

Cancellation Policy
Retainer should be cancelled two months prior to cancellation date.
There will be a cancellation charge on services, this fee is job specific.
